Ordering



Thankyou for considering trading with or buying from me. At this point, I presume you have an idea of what you would like to buy or trade, so the procedure to follow is simple.
Click on the "send an email to me" icon at the bottom of one of my webpages. Then tell me what you are interested in buying or trading. At this point, I will also want to know which method of payment you will be using if buying not trading (see below for details.)If buying, I will email you to let you know the total amount due including postage and packing costs. None of the prices listed on my webpage include the postage cost, so please bear this in mind when ordering. To give you an idea of what this might be, Air Mail postage from the UK to the US for one My Little Pony or Strawberry Shortcake doll costs $5.00 via Air Mail. It is cheaper to send a lot of items together and is usually quite reasonable.
If you are offering me something to trade, let me know what you would like in return, and please send a list of the items you have available. If it is only one or two items, I would appreciate a scan, or a very detailed description of any faults the item may have. (Please note, when sending scans to me, I will NOT open any sent as an attachment, please include the scan picture within the email.) I will email you to let you know if I am interested in any items you have, if not I will offer to sell to you instead.
At all times, please try to maintain email contact for a steady period. If you tell me you are interested in an item and then do not contact me for days afterwards, I will not hold the item for you. The only time I will put an item on hold is when we have mutually agreed on the total cost and I have been told when the payment will be sent. After you say you have sent the paymentI will hold the item for ten days, and send the parcel within 48 hours of your payment arriving. This I will confirm by email.
In some cases I may hold items for a longer period of time, depending on the item, if you tell me when the payment will be sent in advance (for example, your Pay Day at the end of the month.) With trading, I will not usually send my items first, unless I know that you are a reputable trader. In this case, I am willing to send out at the same time on a fixed date (usually by Air mail) or may even send my end of the trade first. I have positive feedback under username "Bluesardine" on Ebay, and have provided below details of people that I have traded with or sold to before, who can give you a reference about me. I will send out within 48 hours of receiving your half of the trade if I am satisfied with it. If I am not, I will contact you to explain why and try to come to a compromise. If we can not, I will return your items to you. I will of course extend the same courtesy with regard to you returning my items if they are unsatisfactory. I only want happy trades!!
If you are buying items from me, the payment can be made by any of the methods below:

- CASH: (in either US dollars or pounds stirling.)
I recommend sending cash by recorded delivery, well disguised in a padded enverlope, or spread across several enverlopes. This is my preferred method of payment as it is the quickest and simplest.
- INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS: (in either US dollars or pounds stirling.)
This can be a costly, lengthy process, but it is safer than sending cash. If you send an International Money Order in pounds stirling you will pay the conversion rate, and your bank will process this and then send it on to me. This can be expensive and take over a month to reach me. Obviously this is not ideal, so you can send an International Money Order in US dollars. This will be given to you straight away to send to me, which will take as long as a letter does to reach me. However, as my bank will charge me at least £5.00 to deposit this in to my account, I will add this additonal charge on to your order when you specify that this is how you will be paying. I think £5.00 currently converts to about $9.00, so please be aware of this.
